i am going to do this
why?
because this is me and my admiration for people who dare to make mistakes, who dare to lead through darkest night - all of us
and no they are not only gods or Jesus or whatever
there are so much admirable and interesting people around us

in Estonia it is magical and wierd, but also somehow understandable, that all people who are somehow connected to leadership or being businessmen are speaking English, sometimes bad, lousy, awful, etc English. This is almost like I speak it here.

So i went to this conference, lots of different interesting young men and women, who all want to succeed in this greedy and interesting area like business. There was this Mark Young, not too young, but oh how enthusiastic and skillful, so he told us about Leadership.

1) is about relationships

quality of relationship
* you cannot motivate people unless you know what motivates them - be interested in people
* have fun together - hmmmmmm
* help
* they have power to change

2) is about meaning and purpose

* first question you have to ask is WHY do you want to do this

3) is about innovation and courage.
